ok so how do you keep the shape of the bottom and make it so you don't look like you have bags under your eyes? You can do it, I can't seem to figure it out.

line it like two lines thick. then put powder over it. and go back with a tissue that is damp and clean up the powder that went everywhere under your eye then add your foundation and powder. :)
